About Rotoplastics

Rotoplastics Barbados Limited, a subsidiary of Rotoplastics Trinidad Limited, opened its doors to the Barbadian Public in January, 2008.  It is the local manufacturing company of TUFF TANK water tanks.   These tanks are not new to Barbados as they were imported here for many years from the parent company in Trinidad.

The tank is manufactured with black polyethylene which prevents ultra violet (UV) light to penetrate and cause a buildup of algae.  In addition the Tuff Guard Safety Lining, made of specially formulated virgin polyethylene is used for the safety of potable water.

TUFF TANK water tanks are available in various sizes:  US Gallons 200, 450, 600,800, 1.000. 2,000. 3,000 and 4,500.  In addition there is a 1,500 gallon underground storm tank also available.

The installation of a water tank is an investment too important to ignore.   Apart from the benefits of always having water available for domestic and commercial use, it improves the value of properties and can be claimed on Income Tax submissions, under Home Improvements.

Rotoplastics Barbados Limited also offers a variety of other products mainly manufactured by Rotoplastics Trinidad LTD.  Among these are Septic Tanks in sizes US Gallon 500, 600, 750, 800 and 1,500; Plant pots, insulated food boxes and beverage coolers, ropes, garbage bins, grease traps and a full range of water resource products, filters, Pentax Pumps, pressure tanks and regulators.
